Emax Motor Scooterse-max ev's Germany Ltd. is a German company based in Oberhaching near Munich. The new Limited was acquired in 2006 from "e-max GCC" which was established in 2003 to produce zero emission vehicles. The company’s main focus is to develop advanced technologies in order to make the daily use of electronic vehicles practical, cost-effective and comfortable for the customer. The development departments are located in Germany and Italy, the design was done by Paolo Valcic in Italy. The company-owned factory, which is under German management, is located in Wuxi near Shanghai, China. e-max ev's Germany is one of the few companies that provide a scooter with Li/Ion batteries and a matching battery management system (BMS).
